question type (opened or closed), question content (questions need to be understandable, not suggestive, unprovocative, clear, brief, etc.), question scale (assessment scales, ranks, the comparison of pairs, percentage allocation, etc.), question order (with respect to logical and psychological strategy) and to the duration of interview.

Questionnaire Design

Data Collection
